READ BEFORE BEGIN TO DOWNLOAD!
I am user of Red Hat Linux 5.2. I started to code under linux few months ago so dont laught at my programs. To uncompress this files type: tar zxf bmp.tar.gz and that should be all or use mc (midnight commander). If you want to compile these sources type: g++ -lvga file.c or without -lvga (-lvga will link vga library so if programm doesnt use graphics dont use that switch). That is how i compile these sources. And dont forget to rename these files into " filename.tar.gz ". If you cant compile these files try to rename *.c into *.cc. If you having problems with downloading these files click on link with right mouse button and on POP UP menu and choose Save Link As...
